Holiday Boat Parades on Tap

The Downtown Tampa Attractions Association is co-sponsoring two downtown holiday boat parades this year.

Channelside Sold to Canadians

Two firms from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada have bought The Place at Channelside for $21.9 million at a bankruptcy auction.
Southwest Properties and Armco Capital Corp. joined forces as Channelside LLC, and plan to rent out condos in the 243 unit building.
